Through compassion, integrity and sustainable action, we restore dignity, create opportunity and bring lasting hope to those facing hardship. Our work includes educational support, health assistance, child protection, clean water initiatives and other practical forms of benevolent relief that address immediate needs while empowering communities for long-term change.

Margaret Elizabeth Greene is the Founder, Chairperson, and Director of CEIYEE Foundation, an Australian-registered charity focused on reducing poverty and transforming lives through education, healthcare, clean water, child protection, and community development in Liberia and Australia.

Born and raised in Liberia, Margaret experienced the impact of civil war firsthand, inspiring her lifelong commitment to supporting vulnerable children and families. She is passionate about creating sustainable opportunities that empower disadvantaged communities and bring lasting change.
Margaret is married and a proud mother of two children.
After migrating to Australia, Margaret studied community services, human welfare, and leadership. Her qualifications include certificates and diplomas in aged care, community services, chaplaincy, and biblical theology, along with a degree in Social Science and Social Welfare and a Master of Human Services.
With over 16 years of experience in the Australian disability sector, Margaret has supported people with disabilities, older Australians, and vulnerable individuals through person-centred care. She has expertise in advocacy, safeguarding, case management, leadership, and promoting independence and wellbeing.
She also spent five years working and volunteering in care roles, providing assessments, advocacy, crisis support, care planning, referrals, and assistance to individuals and families facing complex challenges.
Driven to give back to Liberia and support communities in Australia, Margaret founded CEIYEE Foundation to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and families. Under her leadership, the Foundation delivers essential services while maintaining strong governance, accountability, transparency, and safeguarding practices.
Margaret values collaboration and works with donors, volunteers, churches, schools, businesses, and community organisations to advance the Foundation’s mission.
As a servant leader, she leads with integrity, compassion, humility, and accountability. She believes hope, connection, education, and opportunity can empower individuals and communities to thrive.
Through CEIYEE Foundation, Margaret continues to restore dignity, support vulnerable communities, and transform lives in Liberia and Australia.

Pastor Lindgren Farley is a Director of CEIYEE Foundation with over 35 years of pastoral and humanitarian experience. He began his ministry in 1990 at the Yekepa Assembly of God Church in Liberia after studying Theology and Education at African Bible College University.

During Liberia's civil war, Pastor Farley spent 15 years in exile in Guinea, where he founded Camp Kola Christian Fellowship and Good Samaritan Baptist Church. He also worked with UNHCR, CVT, and the International Rescue Committee (IRC), supporting refugee communities.
After resettling in Australia more than 20 years ago, he served as a pastor at Wollongong Baptist Church and later helped establish Calvary Christian Fellowship and Evangelical Christian Fellowship in Sydney. He is currently studying Development Studies at the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
Pastor Farley brings a wealth of leadership, ministry, and humanitarian experience to CEIYEE Foundation. He is married and the proud father of five children.

Born and raised in Liberia, Elijah completed his secondary education to Year 12 before attending trade school, where he specialised in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Following his training, he successfully established and managed his own refrigeration and air conditioning business, demonstrating strong leadership, initiative, and entrepreneurial skills.
Elijah is recognised for his strong work ethic, humility, and unwavering commitment to helping others. He has a genuine servant's heart and is deeply respected within his community for his willingness to support those in need with kindness, compassion, and integrity.
As Director of Liberia Operations, Elijah works closely with local communities, schools, volunteers, and partner organisations to oversee the implementation of CEIYEE Foundation's programs. He plays a vital role in coordinating community outreach, supporting vulnerable children and families, supervising projects, and ensuring that resources are managed responsibly and effectively.
Elijah is passionate about creating opportunities that bring lasting hope to disadvantaged communities. His dedication to servant leadership, community development, and improving the lives of others reflects the core values of CEIYEE Foundation.
Through his leadership, Elijah continues to help advance the Foundation's vision of relieving poverty, restoring hope, and transforming lives across Liberia.
