Our Charitable Purpose

CEIYEE Foundation Ltd exists to relieve poverty, suffering, distress, helplessness and disadvantage experienced by vulnerable children, families and communities in Liberia through the provision of educational support, health assistance, child protection, clean water initiatives and other benevolent relief.
 

CEIYEE Foundation is committed to operating with transparency, accountability and integrity. Our Board of Directors oversees the organisation's strategic direction, financial management, risk management and compliance with Australian charity regulations.

The Board is responsible for:

• Ensuring the charity operates in accordance with its charitable purpose. 
• Providing strategic leadership and oversight. 
• Maintaining financial accountability and transparency. 
• Ensuring compliance with ACNC, ATO and other regulatory requirements. 
• Safeguarding the welfare of beneficiaries and stakeholders.
