Our Legal Structure

 

CEIYEE Foundation Ltd is an Australian not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee, established under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

The Foundation exists exclusively for charitable purposes. Our Constitution ensures that:

  • All income and assets are applied solely toward our charitable objects
     
  • No profits or assets are distributed to members.
     
  • Directors act in accordance with their legal duties.
     
  • Surplus assets, if the Foundation is wound up, are transferred to another eligible charitable organisation.
     

We are committed to operating in compliance with Australian corporate and charity law, including the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) Act 2012, where applicable.
